1. Who We Are

We are a family-owned business based in Hawke’s Bay, Aotearoa, committed to creating authentic Māori clothing that reflects whakapapa, identity, and culture. Our garments are made with care and respect reflecting the values of our whānau and our kaupapa.

2. Use of This Website

By accessing this site, you confirm that:

  • If you are under the age of 18 years old, you are using this site with parental supervision or permission.

  • You will not use the site for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

  • You understand all content, pricing, and offers may be subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

We accept secure payments via credit/debit card, Afterpay, and other selected payment providers.

Pre-orders:

  • Pre-order items are custom-made and may take additional time to process (estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout).

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.

  • Once production has begun, pre-orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

4. Personalised Orders

  • Items marked as “Personalised” are made to your specific requests.

  • Please double-check all spelling, sizes, and design choices before confirming your order.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products unless there is a clear fault or error on our part.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship throughout Aotearoa and offer international shipping options.

  • Shipping timeframes may vary depending on location and order type (especially pre-orders).

  • Tracking will be provided where available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on standard, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

No returns or exchanges are offered on:

  • Personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Pre-order items (unless faulty)
